A great explanation you have there on Apotemnophilia .. Very detail.. ^^ Recently I also read a book that mention about this and this really is quite unbelievable. "Medical professional have been apt to treat apotemnophilia as a form of hysteria associated with some depression or sometimes a sexual fixation with limbleness(Robert Winston, 2003)." Anyhow, even the author of the book say he cannot understand what are in their mind because everyone of us having a different mind.. =.=

Haha, I'm majoring in Psychology and so coincidently I just read this term in one books.. so.. I finished your post lor.. Honestly, It help me to gain more understanding on apotemnophilia.. Actually for most of the abnormality, there is no precise etiology.. Many things are still unknown and the explanation use a lot of might be, most probably is this kind of words.. ^^ When I firstly met Apotemnophilia this kind of abnormality, really like.. OMG!!!! But yet, it is still very interesting to be explore..
